Get involved with Hikmat by becoming a volunteer or a mentor. Languages spoken by mentors include Bengali, Cantonese, Mandarin, Urdu, Arabic, Tag-a-log, and Punjabi.
Volunteers help others to discover walking and they’re highly regarded by other walkers up and down the country. As a volunteer, you can develop a range of new skills. You could discover how to be a great leader. Or find out more about marketing and promotion. Or you could enhance your database or communication skills.

Employers are looking for candidates who stand out from the crowd, who have developed their skills, abilities and ambitions and who are not afraid to get involved. Volunteering and extra-curricular activities can help you achieve and demonstrate this.
